Revenue for the year was $4.9 billion, with sales volume of $186.1 billion, and nearly 179,000 closed transactions.

We continued to grow our national market share in Q4 2023 to 4.41%.

We extended our streak of industry-leading agent retention, achieving 97% principal agent retention in the fourth quarter.

We continued to enhance the industry’s only end-to-end platform adding 103 features to the Compass Platform, including Performance Tracker, Compass AI enhancements and “1-Click Title & Escrow.”

We expect to be Free Cash Flow Positive for Full Year 2024.
