February 2024 King County Market Watch
Active listings remained relatively stable while sold listings were down and listings that went pending continued to slowly increase week over week in King County. With new listings remaining stable from the week prior, this caused days on market to drop slightly and raise the median sale price while the median active price remains stable creating bidding wars and multiple offer situations.
