King County Weekly Market Watch

Typically, we see a gradual decline in listings marked as pending as summer progresses, exacerbated by record summer travel. However, pending listings increased compared to the previous week, along with active inventory, while closed listings in King County decreased. New listings dropped by 20.1% from the prior week, and days on market increased slightly. Meanwhile, the median active price remained stable, but the median sold price declined.
