King County Weekly Market Watch

As the market moved into a second week of Spring Break vacations, overall the market remained strong as optimism with rates declined due to rising rates. Buyer activity continued to increase from the week prior in King County, along with showings per listing, and a significant decrease in the days on market. The median sale price remained stable from the week prior with our 15 week steady incline as the median active price decreased slightly.
