King County Weekly Market Watch

Despite a holiday weekend and spring break week, the market in King County remained relatively stable as activity saw zero change from the week prior while the number of listings dropped slightly and solds increased from the rise in pendings over the past few weeks. The demand remains as the number of days on market have decreased while the median active price remains stable and the median sold price has increased.
