King County Weekly Market Watch

As the King County market transitions into its traditional seasonal patterns, buyer activity remains stable. The number of pending listings has increased slightly from the previous week, along with active listings, while sold listings have declined compared to the prior week. As a result, the days on market have decreased slightly, and the median sold price has also dipped. Despite a 12.7% decrease in new listings, the median active price remains stable.
